It matured for 3 4 months in French oak barrels. This is a classic fum style wine. It is light, with mild acidity and combined with the fruity aroma of citrus and guava and a subtle, pleasant oak character. A great wine that goes well with many dishes, including grilled or baked fish. Evaluation: Alcohol content: 12% Total acidity: 5.
