Its sophisticated flavor is reminiscent of a finely structured Riesling, complemented by elegant herbal spice and an invigorating, dry finish. The foundation is the sparkling Riesling from the EINS ZWEI ZERO line of the Leitz family winery in the Rheingau region. For almost ten years, the winery
