this updated version is crafted at the church using a base of multi-year bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout

Bitter New Zealand hops were used during the boil

We macerated these for three months in a 50/50 cut with lambik from five different barrels and five different brews

Fermented solely by native yeast and bacteria from the cherries. Made with local Stevnsbr cherries and cane sugar that is, well not exactly local.
