Benefits Sleep architecture research DSIP studied for delta-wave / slow-wave sleep induction and EEG sleep stage modulation Circadian / pineal signaling Pinealon investigated for pineal-derived bioregulator activity and serotonin pathway modulation Anxiolytic signaling Selank explored for stress-reduction effects without sedation in behavioral models Neuroprotective gene expression Pinealon linked to epigenetic regulation of antioxidant and anti-apoptotic genes BDNF and GABAergic research Selank associated with BDNF expression and GABA receptor pathway modulation Three converging axes sleep induction, circadian regulation, and stress modulation studied in a single nasal vehicle Localized Effects with Nasal Spray Rapid absorption through the nasal mucosa for all three components Direct olfactory and trigeminal nerve pathway access to the central nervous system Bypasses first-pass hepatic metabolism that limits oral peptide bioavailability All three components (418900 Da) fall within the optimal MW range for efficient nasal transport Particularly relevant for sleep / CNS research given direct nose-to-brain pathway Formulated with a specialized isotonic nasal vehicle to minimize irritation and dryness What Researchers Use It For Slow-wave sleep (SWS) and delta EEG dynamics in rodent sleep research Circadian rhythm and pineal-derived bioregulator pharmacology Anxiolytic behavioral endpoints (elevated plus maze, open field) without sedation Serotonin, GABA, and BDNF pathway profiling in CNS research Neuroprotective and antioxidant gene expression in aged or stressed models Comparative neuropeptide pharmacology versus melatonin and benzodiazepine receptor agonists Identity & Specs Compound 1: Pinealon Class: Khavinson-class tripeptide bioregulator
While people can choose to deal with this distress in countless ways, one proven way is through a vitamin regime that is rich in B12
