Hike Together Richard Lohman It is the result of"Hike Together" is a story of three friends named Thoughts, Body and Feelings. Every day they go on a hike together but they each move at a different pace. This story gives children and adults alike an imaginative and relational way of viewing their own Thoughts, Body and Feelings. As we learn to apply this story to our life, our relationship to ourselves and others will surely improve.
