This is a beautiful medium bodied Malbec from high up in the Cahors hills in the South of France that's perfect for the change of season. It's vinified in the rare mille feuille layer cake style: a 40cm layer of whole bunches, topped with a 40cm layer of destemmed grapes, followed by another layer of whole bunches and so
