Artistic Process: Sunny Odyssey started with laying out colored glass in patterns on top of a structure with holes in it

The heron and the rocks on the front were tack fused to the background

the patterned pebbles were made from cut up piecs of the pattern bars   See Below for an explanation of a pattern bar

The crackle is first created with various colored glass that was ground fine and mixed with a medium and poured in a design on top of a piece of glass

lemongrass and dark green with a bit of white swirls on the outside and an inner glow of red enhance by an textural lacy rim of the same colors
