OK OK hypha-marble-arch The dark night sky addsThis painting came from a failure it's common to change ideas when painting, to find out what it is through its' making, wrong turns and all and kicked off my London Vernacular series. The LV works consist of shapes, colours and recollections of architectural or signage that catch my eye on walks around the studio. I never listen to music on headphones when walking as it creates a barrier to the world around me. I like to see, hear and be aware of
