Ashes & Diamonds Napa Valley White Wine (Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc) No. 9 2023 SPBURGUNDY 669 bottles existThis is Ashes & Diamonds' white flagship, a Bordeaux inspired blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon made by Steve Matthiasson from vineyards in Oak Knoll and Yountville. Fully barrel fermented with no lees stirring and a short eight months in mostly neutral oak, it threads the needle between richness and cut. The fruit is ripe and textured, but the wine stays bright, zesty, and genuinely age worthy, which is rare for a Napa white. It rewards a little
