Oliver's Fine Cider Boss Perry 2023 2.7% (750ml) Bourbon Grapes: BlaufrankischThis fruity, rich, viscous perry is a harvest blend which has undergone a spontaneous keeve in which the perry has slowly and carefully fermented, resulting in a stunning low alcohol perry (a miracle to pull off so effectively) fresh and zingy and balanced. You'll find a heady aroma of honeyed citrus with gooseberry, melon, lychee and hint of lime, and a grippy tannin structure with strong citric acidity and ripe pear sweetness a little to the fore.
