A beautiful cool misty spring morning at the bridge over the South Fork Kishwaukee River with a view of a peachleaf willow tree as the sun breaks the horizon casting an orange hue over this area while hiking to Wildflower Lake in Northern Illinois

I came to a clearing with a few wildflowers in bloom and thought this would be a nice spot to set up the tripod and camera

Walking through the park on a nice relaxing summer morning while viewing the many different colors of wildflowers

I gazed out over the landscape and this scene of wildflowers made up of blue vervain

We had about 2-3 inches of snow overnight
