Takashi Murakami: Flower Sparkles! Color Art each bound into the bookFlower Sparkles! is a limited edition print featuring Takashi Murakamis distinctive multicolored smiling flower motif, which first appeared in his practice in 1995. A graphic floral outline is filled with multiple smaller versions of the same design, with each petal dedicated to a different hue of a gradated rainbow spectrum surrounding the central visage. The resultant image resonates with Murakamis renowned Superflat aesthetic, in which he combines
