ダニエルセコ 志野茶盌 朝鮮唐津 Combining serenity with refinementNew Shino Chawan by Czech ceramic artist Daniel Seko, based in Kuntt. This Shino tea bowl is made from a blend of highly refractory local clay from Kuntt and raw Bohemian clay rich in silica, generously coated with a feldspar based Shino glaze. Fired in an anagama (wood fired tunnel kiln), the piece displays fiery hi iro (scarlet fire marks) and areas of dry, matte texture, creating a vivid surface that conveys the distinctive depth unique to Shino
